The investment thesis

A global ambition. A human reason.

Sport creates a natural reason to meet. Yunrali’s thesis is that helping people find the right session, show up confidently and return to a community can become a valuable platform.

The problem we are building around.

A desire to play does not always become a plan. People still need to find a suitable activity, understand the level, locate the meeting point and feel comfortable arriving. Hosts need a dependable way to communicate and keep a group coming back.

Yunrali brings those needs into one product direction: discover a session, understand what to expect, meet through sport and build a recurring relationship. The vision spans sports and countries; useful local experiences are the unit of progress.

A focused route to a broad platform.

The starting strategy is to work closely with a small set of hosts and participants, learn what drives dependable attendance and repeat use, and improve the experience before expanding the operating scope. A worldwide identity does not require launching everywhere at once.

  • Validate: understand participant and host needs through interviews and manually supported sessions.
  • Build: develop the essential discovery, session information and host workflows.
  • Prove repeat use: evaluate attendance, repeat participation, host retention and operational quality.
  • Expand selectively: test another community or sport when the experience can be repeated reliably.

Revenue should follow useful participation.

Potential revenue paths include paid organizer tools, venue relationships and aligned brand programs. Each needs separate validation: who pays, what recurring value they receive, what it costs to deliver and whether it improves the community experience.

No revenue model is presented as proven. We intend to test willingness to pay, service effort and contribution economics before treating a commercial path as repeatable.

What backing would make possible.

Early backing would support product development, work with community hosts and measured pilot programs. The first objective is a usable product and evidence of repeat participation. Scope, budget, milestones and funding terms belong in a direct conversation with the founder.

This is a product-stage opportunity. This public overview does not claim existing traction, a completed fundraise or projected returns. We welcome investors who value disciplined validation alongside a global ambition.
