Before inviting anyone, make the practical information clear. Do not assume a newcomer knows your usual meeting point or what “social pace” means.
- Sport, format, date, start time and expected finish time.
- A precise meeting point and a way to recognize the host.
- Experience level, pace, equipment and any participation requirements.
- Capacity, accessibility information and how to ask questions.
- What happens if the weather changes or the session is cancelled.
Host with care.
Check that you have permission to use the space and that the activity fits the venue and conditions. Explain relevant risks and any skills or equipment people need. A listing on Yunrali is not a certification of a host or venue.
Welcome people who arrive alone, explain the format and respect someone’s decision to stop. Ask before taking or sharing identifiable photos. Keep participant information for organizing the session, not unsolicited promotion.

Keep the session details current. If you need to change or cancel a session, update it in the platform and make sure participants know before travelling.
