When you send a website message.
The contact form sends your name, email address, selected topic, message and any city, organization or sport details you supply, along with your agreement to be contacted about the request. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot or follow up on the topic you raised.
Sending a support message does not sign you up for a newsletter. Please do not include passwords, sign-in codes, identity documents or sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
Website hosting and email delivery.
This website is hosted on Vercel. Contact-form submissions are processed by the website’s server endpoint and sent through Resend to the Yunrali inbox. Resend and the receiving email provider process the message to deliver and handle the correspondence.
The contact endpoint uses temporary, hashed IP-address and email-based counters to limit repeated submissions. Hosting and email services may also process request and delivery information, such as network addresses, timestamps and error logs, to operate and protect their services.
Provider processing can involve infrastructure outside your country. This notice does not promise that all information stays in Morocco or in any single region.
Your platform account and participation.
Opening app.yunrali.com takes you to the account and session service, hosted on Cloudflare with Supabase used for authentication and application data. Using an account involves more information than visiting this public website.
Platform information can include your sign-in email, profile details, session registrations, answers supplied when joining, community membership or application information, and notification preferences. Hosting adds session information and participant-management records. This information supports signing in, managing participation, organizing sessions and displaying your chosen profile or community content.
Public listings and host profile information are visible to people browsing the platform. Session hosts can access participant information and joining answers needed to organize their sessions. Think carefully before adding personal details to a public profile, description or image.
The platform uses browser storage to maintain sign-in state and preferences. If you choose Google sign-in, Google also processes your authentication under its own privacy information. Review the account permissions shown during sign-in.
Retention and your choices.
Website correspondence is handled in the receiving mailbox during the conversation and follow-up. Platform account and participation records are stored separately from website messages. Retention depends on the type of record, its use in the service and any outstanding support or safety matter; contact us about a specific record or account.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop following up on a website inquiry. Identify the relevant message or account without sending a password. We may need to verify ownership before changing or disclosing information.
To request deletion, email hello@yunrali.com from your account address when possible. Tell us whether your request concerns your platform account, website messages or both. We will clarify the scope of the request and explain any records, delivery logs or backups that cannot be removed immediately.
Cookies and changes to this notice.
The public website does not currently include advertising trackers or analytics-cookie integrations in its application code. Account storage on app.yunrali.com is separate from this website.
