Where do I find sessions?
Open the Yunrali Platform to see available sessions. Public listings can be browsed without signing in; joining a session requires an account. The current beta is focused on Casablanca.
If nothing suitable appears, try another available sport or date and check back later. A quiet listing page means there may not be a published session that matches your search.
What should I check before joining?
Read the date, local time, meeting point, level, equipment and host information. Check that the activity is suitable for you, and ask the host about access requirements or anything unclear.
Wait for the platform to confirm your participation. Seeing a session or clicking a button alone does not confirm a place; capacity, deadlines or cancellations can affect joining.
What if my plans change?
Check your sessions in the platform and cancel your participation if you cannot make it. This helps the host plan and can free a place for someone else.
Before setting out, recheck the session details and any updates. If you cannot find or change your registration, contact support with the session link.
Can I pay or book a court?
The current beta is for free sports sessions. Yunrali does not offer paid session checkout or court reservations in this release. A session listing does not itself reserve a venue.
I cannot sign in or need to delete my account.
Use the sign-in options shown in the platform. If the issue continues, email us with the account email and error message, but never your password or sign-in code.
To request account deletion, email us from the account address when possible. Tell us if you also want previous website correspondence removed.
