Use the email associated with your account when possible. Never send a password, sign-in link, verification code or payment details. Remove private information from screenshots.
Questions about a session.
For meeting points, equipment, pace or a last-minute change, check the session details and use any host contact information provided there. Yunrali support may not be able to reach a host before a session starts.
If the session information is misleading or the experience feels unsafe, tell us what happened.
Report a concern.
Include the session, community or profile link; the approximate date and time; and a short description of what you saw or experienced. Share only the personal information needed to understand the concern.
This inbox is not an emergency service and is not monitored continuously. If someone is in immediate danger, move to safety and contact local emergency services.
Privacy, deletion and feedback.
You can ask about information you shared, request a correction or deletion, or tell us how to improve Yunrali. For deletion, say whether your request concerns a website message, a platform account or both. We may need to verify that the request is yours.
